Ingredients:

¾ pound pork loin

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

½ lime, juiced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, ground

1 tablespoon cornstarch or agar

1 cup of water

Salt, pepper, to taste

How to make it:

Add oil to instant pot and press “SAUTE” button (“NORMAL” preset), wait till you see hot on the display, season pork with salt and pepper, then put into the instant pot. Cook for 2-5 minutes both sides. Press “cancel” button.

Mix honey, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, garlic cloves and ginger in a bowl. Pour the mixture over pork, add water.

Close the lid, and switch the vent to “sealed”.

Press the “meat/stew” button and accommodates “Less” planned. Once the timer is up press “cancel” button and turns the steam release handle to “venting” position for quick release until the float valve drops down.

Open the lid.

Transfer the pork to a plate and press “sauté” button, adjust to “less”. Add cornstarch to the cooker.

Stir until the sauce thickens. Pour over the pork and serve.
